Application Instructions:

• Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from grease or contaminants. Use a soft cloth and degreaser for cleaning, allowing the surface to air dry completely.
• Mixing: Thoroughly mix the paint with standard nitrocellulose thinner and filter using a paper filter to achieve the desired consistency.
• Spraying: Utilize a standard spray gun with a 1.2–1.3mm nozzle at 2 bars of pressure. Apply 1.5 layers to achieve a thickness of 15–20 μm. For HVLP guns with a 1.3mm nozzle, maintain an atomization pressure of 2 bars.
• Drying: After applying the first layer, allow a 10-minute drying period before applying the second layer and a top coat. This process ensures a permanent, glossy finish.

Coverage and Storage:

• Theoretical Yield: Provides coverage of 8–10 m² per liter for a 15 μm thick application.
• Storage: Store in a cool place (5°C to 25°C). For optimal results, use within 12 months; however, unopened products can be stored for up to 24 months.
